What is 8-signal HyperSearch?
Retrieval fuses primary dense (e5-large), cross-model (bge-m3), BM25, SPLADE, ColBERT, scout (bge-small), and cross-encoder reranking with TopK score-aware fusion — so answers ground in the right tenant documents.
Is multi-tenant isolation fail-closed?
Yes. Shared collections require an explicit namespace when more than one exists. Isolation is proven by a deploy gate (p07). Historical issues were fixed forward-only, not denied.
BYOK vs free Ollama?
Free plan generates with local Ollama. Pro/Scale can vault or pass Claude, OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek, Moonshot keys. Retrieval stays on FluxVector either way.
How do you reduce hallucinations?
